Cyber threats to internet security.

http://www.computerweekly.com/feature/Hacking-poses-threats-to-business URL to article I read.

The article above states that most hackers are in their 30's and extremely skilled. Using spam threats and email threats. Opening emails is a very dangerous way to hack into someone's account. This has happened to me when you open up a link and it gives you a virus. Not a fun way to start the day.
This is very true.

I find that the security programs I have on my computer are out of date and very expensive to renew. I'm not sure I want to keep dishing out $80-100 bucks every year for a new security program. There needs to be something affordable and reliable. It seems that in the day and age of security some company would make such a program.

With countries like Russia, North Korea, and China all eager to attack systems in the United States and have been very successful at it, it makes me worried about the future of the internet. It will only take one cyber attack to take out the power grid. I have heard more recently on the news of cyber threats involving Russia and North Korea. At least once a week there is some talk of some country hacking into U.S. computer systems. Cyber warfare is on the rise.
